We live in the Village of Palmetto Bay, FL which is south of Miami, FL. We consider ourselves to be from Miami, FL.

We have 5 children. One human - Zach and 4 dogs - Betsy, Barkley, Filo, and Dilbert. Zachary David Nickel was born on July 1, 2006 and is the all consuming aspect of our lives. We love our dogs and each other, but we are both head over heels in love with this little guy.

We love football, but are a house divided: Karin - Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes Brad - New York Jets and Oklahoma Sooners Zachary is a product of our love for football.

Our lives are great. We work to live and do not live to work, but enjoy what we do no matter what. Karin is currently working from home as a full time Mother and pursuing some other business and creative interests and Brad is Vice President of Marketing, Product Management, and Online Sales at Venali.

We met working together on a political campaign. We were friends first and did not begin our romantic involvement until July 5, 2005. As you can see, a little over a year later we have a beautiful baby, a car, and a home together. Life is fantastic.
